One of the first things I do when I get back to school each year to get my brain in the “School Psych” mode is to make a list of the trieenial reviews, or any other evaluations planned for the year, as well as when my student’s annual review meetings are planned for. Although the actual dates will vary from the planned ones, at least I have an idea of which months will be non-stop, and which will not!
I’ve mentioned before that my current role is less into the technology side of things than the previous one. That’s totally fine-I like pen and paper too! So, I kept this sheet in a binder and crossed things off as I went along. You can find it, as always, in my Keep Calm Freebies section.
Alternatively, I used a chart on my school drive to track things at my last school. I loved changing the color when something was completed-a little something extra! You can find the chart I used here for free on TPT.
I think this is a great way to get something done and feel like you are going in to the school year on top of things…even if that might not always be the case 🙂
So go ahead and figure out whether you’ll use paper or your computer to organize, and get started!
