Tips to Kindergarten Parents in 2020

August 17, 2020August 3, 2022 Post a comment

As a parent, nothing can drudge up anxious feelings like leaving your child with a group of strangers as you head off to work.  And if that wasn’t difficult enough, you now have to do it in a global pandemic, where you can’t even guarantee the world is safe.

But alas, our children are ready to soar.  The other day, my 4 year old told me that when she gets older, she  is going to go my herself, into an actual store, and pick out her VERY OWN MASK.  The story made me sad, but also made me remember how resilient our children are.  Need to wear a mask?  Now we’re superheroes.  No school?  Teacher-Parents it is.

Here are some tips for sending brand new Kindergarteners to in-person school this Fall!
